Terms and Conditions


  1. All clients will be assessed and an appropriate rate agreed upon between both parties, and set out within the engagement letter.


  1. Normal – 0900 to 1700 Monday to Saturday.
  2. Extended – all other hours including gazetted public holidays.
  3. Travel time will be charged from door to door for all onsite engagements less than 4 hours.

Payment Terms

  1. Normal terms 7 days from date of invoice unless otherwise noted on your invoice.
  2. Invoices will be issued at the end of each week including all hours completed that week. Unless you wish to negotiate a different invoicing date.


  1. All work will be conducted in a professional manner under the supervision and direction of you using the supplied information.
  2. Any recommendations made will be done so on a case by case basis and will not replace the need for external professional advice to be sought by you.


  1. All materials required for the engagement will be supplied by you. This includes software and special hardware as required.
  2. Printing will be supplied by both yourself and RJH Bookkeeping.


  1. Work will be conducted at an agreed location. This may be onsite at your premises or offsite at my own.
  2. If work is to be conducted offsite, I will provide the required internet for the remote work to be completed.


  1. Any and all sensitive information provided by you to RJH Bookkeeping for the purpose of conducting the work you have engaged us for will be treated with the necessary privacy and security to protect your interests.
  2. No passwords will be retained by RJH Bookkeeping either written or saved on a computer, unless you have given written permission otherwise.
